Channel Enablement Partner Program
Channel Enablement Partner is for organizations that possess the sales channel and network capabilities to identify organizations that have the potential to become Reselling Partners for JenniferSoft and establish partnerships with these organizations on behalf of JenniferSoft.
Channel Enablement Partner would enter new markets for new sales channel growth, expansion, and diversification by modifying existing alliance program or creating new sales channel strategy via OEM partners, Resellers, and Distributors in application server market as well as IT service providers. Channel Enablement Partner may also perform the task of managing established channels on behalf of JenniferSoft.
Typical Organization
A Channel Enablement Partner is an organization comprised of seasoned sales and business development person(s) with wide business networks, especially with resellers, distributors, and VARs. Channel Enablement Partner uses its sales and business networks to prospect organization(s) which has the potential to become JENNIFER Reseller Partner. Once the potential partners have been identified, Channel Enablement Partners will establish contact, generate interests in JENNIFER solutions, and then recruit them as JENNIFER Reselling Partners. Channel Enablement Partner may also participate in ongoing management of established channels.
Goals
The goals for the Channel Enablement Partner Program are:
- To create a worldwide network of sales/marketing and installation/support partners who actively promote JENNIFER software to their existing customers, and seek out new customers through sales/marketing efforts.
- To create a solution that the Reseller Partner will sell, market, install, support, and customize for the customer.
- To sell JENNIFER software in as quick and pain-free a manner as possible, requiring little to no core JENNIFER Product customization per individual customer.
- To increase JENNIFER’s reach and customer base, and tie-ins to other products to gain industry recognition.
Commitments
The Channel Enablement Partner commits to:
- Utilize its business networks and connections to prospect for potential JENNIFER Reselling Partners.
- Establish contacts with potential Reselling Partners. Utilize phone, email, and travel to prospect’s location as necessary to present JENNIFER Reselling Partner program to prospected organization.
- Actively promote JENNIFER Reselling Partner program.
- Provide updated company information for use by JenniferSoft staff in proposals, marketing brochures, and mediums pointed at representing strength to potential partners and customers.
- Actively promote, market, and sell JENNIFER Software, and participate in marketing efforts with JenniferSoft.
JenniferSoft Commits to:
- Compensate for the cost associated with supporting sales and prospecting efforts, including long distance and international phone calls, fax and mailing services, travel and lodging costs, etc.
- Provide existing sales and marketing collateral such as printed brochures and demo software.
- Provide the Channel Enablement Partner with a dedicated pre-sales contact, who will work with Channel Enablement Partner to create marketing collateral, JENNIFER product updates, market research and analysis, and other sales/marketing-related tools.
