JENNIFER Remote Support Center provides timely and effective customer/technical support services by our engineers directly connecting to the customer’s environment. JENNIFER engineers can provide such advanced technical services as installation, configuration changes, problem troubleshooting and performance consulting by directly connecting to customer environment via internet connection. Please read the following message for instruction on requesting and receiving remote support from our engineers and also, instruction on sharing your system environment to our support team.

1) Please access to http://support.jennifersoft.com

2) Input your login name and email address, then press “Confirm” button.

3) Select ‘1003.jennifer’ in the left part of the window and click ‘Connect’ button.

4) Connecting you to a technical support engineer at JenniferSoft.

5) Once connection is established, please describe the problem to our support engineer and proceed with the support session.

Caution! Remote support is available for customers who have purchased “JENNIFER/ECCLUS License” or overseas customer only. If you have not purchased the license from us, please contact our sales or technical support department and get a prior confirmation before using the service.
