Job Description

Job Title: Director of Business Development
Classification: Full-Time
Compensation: Commensurate with Experience

JenniferSoft seeking an experience businessman with successful track record in leadership, communication, and entrepreneurship, who can plan, develop, and execute JenniferSoft’s (indirect) channel sales strategy as well as play major role in JenniferSoft’s global marketing initiatives.

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and closing new business partnerships focused on profitable revenue generation and new customer acquisition. The Director of Business Development will also be responsible for the management and growth of our B2B channel.

Responsibility

  • Research and identify potential partnership opportunities and generate new partnerships that are scalable and profitable.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close deals with new reseller, distribution, or referral partners.
  • Develop and pitch ideas and proposals to prospective and existing partners.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
  • Manage partnerships related to monetizing traffic on our ecommerce sites.
  • Track and report the status and success of all business development deals.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of sales and executive leadership in international sales or channel management for Oracle(BEA) WebLogic or IBM WebSphere.
  • Over 5 years experience on application performance management solutions such as CA Wily, Compuware Vantage, DynaTrace etc…
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing world-wide business channels and with deep expertise in both direct and in-direct sales models.
  • Person of not only experience and influence but integrity and intelligence.
  • Korea speaking is a plus but not required.
  • Telecommuting is ok.
