JENNIFER’s response time scatter graph, also known as X-View, is a powerful tool used by application administrators to identify, diagnose and resolve application performance problem. Using X-View, one can see the response time of all application service transaction in an intuitive scatter graph to easily recognize the services that are experiencing performance problem. User then may select one or more service transaction and see the granular detail of individual transaction, in cluding stacktrace data by using simple to use click-and-drag feature. Most importanly, all data is shown in real-time to increase efficiency of monitoring and minimize system downtime.

JENNIFER does not rely on JMX to perform byte-code implementation like most standard monitoring tools that are around. JENNIFER has developed its own technology to peer into the application. JENNIFER's Active Service monitoring capture whats happening inside the application in real-time. Even if an application is not finished, JENNIFER can show the user what has happened inside the application.

JENNIFER Intellent Dashboard provides high degree of detail and scalability and customization in a sexy looking package. JENNIFER dashboard contains all relevant monitoring in a single screen and uses dynamic graphic and colors for easy recognition of performance data. All modules can be added, removed, moved, resized and graphs types changed on the fly. Administrator can monitor upto 52 server instances.
