1.1 Announcement
Jennifersoft has installed Application Performance management solution Jennifer v2.5 on top of an application for a client's call center system for performance test purposes. Jennifer was setup to monitor concurrent user, throughput and other application data for the period from May 8 to May 18, 2006.
The test data was analyzed. The initial conclusion was that the call center system did not have any problem under normal condition; system resource was more than enough and the operation was smooth. However, because of few specific applications, the call center system encountered performance problems when the said application ran database query and application accessed to backend CTI server.
Using the information provided by Jennifer, Administrator was able to quickly identify the root cause of the problem and provide a fix for it quickly.
