Jennifersoft was installed Application Performance management solution Jennifer v2.5 on an application for a client’s call center system for performance test purposes. Jennifer was setup to monitor concurrent user, throughput and other application data for the period from May 8 to May 18, 2006.

i-Integration has performed application performance Test with JenniferSoft’s Jennifer v2.5 on xxxxx clients web system to test whether or not Jennifer can accomplish enhanced usability and stability for the applied web system.

1.1 Summary JenniferSoft Installed Jennifer v2.0 on the administrative system for XXXX customer site to analyze and Memory Leak related performance issue. Jennifer 2.0 and CoMon(Collection Monitor) 1.0-beta was installed and data was collected for resolution of performance problem. [CoMon has been officially ported to Jennifer 2.5

By using Jennifer v2.0 on OOOO Customer Site Open combined Performance Test; Administrator can collect performance data from web system and application and use it for performance problem resolution. Jennifer can collect and help analyze the data as soon as the performance problem occurs, minimizing time and resource spent. [Note: The attached document uses data from the production environment at the time of performance problem occurrence and not a detailed performance analysis report.

UNO Systems, Inc diagnosed performance status of YYY main system of OOO company and reported such procedures. I installed APM (Application Performance Management) solution, Jennifer on the operating server, #4(xxxApp4) to diagnose its performance. Jennifer analyzed 1) user pattern, 2) throughoutputs /load, 3) system resources, 4) error/exception, 5) application transaction and 6)SQL queries comprehensively.
