    When Graph Does Not Appear In Jennifer Dashboard

    After installing Jennifer, if the graphs do not show correctly in the dashboard screen, it can be because of one of the following two reasons.

    * If the Jennifer was not installed propertly, only the graph titles will display. Please see the below screenshot.
    In this case, Please follow the instruction under ‘FAQ : When Jennifer installation not done correctly’ to receive technical support.

    • If the graph does not display at all as below example, it is because the client (web brower) is not installed with appropriate VM program. Please see
      [ FAQ : Jennifer Client Installation Tips] for installation and configuration of the JVM applet.
