Sung Jo Kim gives a talk about the concept of APM and how web applications are monitorered from both the resource and the application side to effectively track and resolve performance problems. Sung Jo Kim also introduces different APM techniques including using response time scatter graph to quickly track and resolve performance issue in real-time.

Sung Jo Kim started his early career as developer for PowerBuilder and Java Project at LGCNS, where he fostered his deep interested in software architecture. While in LGCNS, Kim created and gave seminars on S/W architecture and S/W desgin methodology for SI projects. Kim was also a founding memeber project team that specializes in application problem resolution; he participated as the javapplication/WAS expert, contributing to 20+ projects per year. Currently, Kim is working as director of software developement at JenniferSoft Inc.
